Michael Jackson's Autopsy

Was it murder? Or, at the very least, manslaughter by neglect?

Michael Jackson's doctor decides to take nearly 45 minute phone call, presumably with a leisurely jaunt around the grounds after giving Jackson, with pre-established lung problems, propofol, a medication that can cause suffocation due to inadequate airway management. The lack of monitoring equipment, as well as resuscitation, could be his downfall before a jury.
